All the student who have passed their 12th examination from the secondary board located out of Gujarat. Are required to get their Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan.
The students from any University, other than Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan seeking admission to BCA Programme also required to obtain PEC from North Gujarat University, Patan.
